1. Click on the layer icon
2. Click Edit
3. To share the layer you have 4 options:
Public read-only: your layers will be public, but others can not add markups
Public write: your layers will be public and can be added to by others
Private: only you can see and add to your layers
Group: specific people can have public read-only or public write access
